 Product Returns & Exchanges Unopened and unused products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. The original receipt is required for any returns.
Services If you are unsatisfied with your hair results, please contact us for a complimentary redo within 2 weeks of the original service date. 
Appointment Cancellations We require 24 hours notice to cancel your booked appointment. Please use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email to cancel and reschedule your appointment. To respect our Stylists time and schedule, 50% of the service booked will be charged to your credit card on file for any late cancellations and 100% for no show appointments. 

We know things happen, if you are running late to your appointment, we offer a 15 minute grace period. In this case, your service may need to be adjusted at the Stylists' discretion so they can be on time for the next client booked.
